Contemporary Art, Meditation & Nature

Sponsors for La Maison Yokata: A Sanctuary for Art, Mindfulness and those who love the Ocean in Europe

Uncategorized

Nestled by the ocean, La Maison Yokata is a vision for a sanctuary where art, mindfulness, and nature come together to inspire transformation.

Imagine a space infused with the rhythm of the sea—where meditative paintings, much like the timeless expanse of water, invite visitors to pause, reflect, and reconnect. Unlike traditional art institutions that house only classical works, this retreat will embrace the fluidity of contemporary, introspective art—an intimate place where creativity flourishes alongside the tides.

Much like the Shalin Liu Performance Center in Rockport, which seamlessly integrates music with breathtaking ocean views, La Maison Yokata will offer an immersive experience—but with visual art at its core.

Similar to the Rockport Ocean View Experience in the United States, La Maison Yokata Seeks to Transform through Art and the Ocean our Inner Space. We are grateful for the Rockport experience and what they have created for us all.

Picture a setting where leaders, creatives, and changemakers find clarity in a space designed for renewal.

Oceanographic Museum of Monaco and a Vision for Man’s Place with the Ocean

Building on Biarritz’s long tradition of the Ocean’s healing power and Monaco’s rich legacy in ocean conservation and artistic patronage, this project seeks visionary partners and artisans who believe in the transformative power of art and the Ocean.

I aim to collaborate with those who share a deep love for the Ocean, helping us reinvent ourselves from within and express ourselves in a way that honors, respects, and harmonizes with natural elements.

I invite partners, artisans and supporters to help bring this unique concept to life. We can begin with an exhibition and work together with Biarritz or Nice or another place near the Ocean and sponsors to create a larger vision together. The project can begin small, the size of an apartment overlooking the Ocean dedicated to the experience of meditation and art.

For our inspiration, we thank the Shalin Liu Performance Center and visionaries who support this center for what they have done to inspire us all and continue to do with the ocean and with the arts. Gratitude.

Imagine a space with meditative galleries and an ocean view that incite meditation or moments of beauty and silence. Spaces where we can work one one-on-one with Individuals, changing our concept of time, space, creativity and possibilities.

We are also deeply grateful to visionary architects today whose works embody the harmony of the four elements: earth, water, air, and fire. Among them, we hold in great esteem Kenzo Tange, whose design of The Asian Art Museum in Nice, by the ocean, stands as a testament to architectural brilliance.

As Tange himself shared about the Asian Art Museum in Nice: ‘The museum’s plan is based on two fundamental geometric forms of Japanese tradition; the square, symbol of the earth, and the circle, symbol of the sky…’

The design of this museum, both inside and out, creates the illusion of floating on water, while its roof and inner staircase bring an energetic flow that cultivates a transformative and meditative experience.

To me, the Asian Art Museum, the Shalin Liu Performance Center and the Oceanographic Museum of Monaco represent the perfect union of architecture and the elements, creating an art space that not only houses art but also offer a profound and transformative inner experience.

I hope that one day, I will have the honor of meeting the curators and directors of these museums—to brainstorm with them, support their work, and perhaps even exhibit my own creations in these living spaces where art and the four elements converge, fostering transformation and a love and respect for the Ocean.

In the years to come, I aspire to collaborate closely with those who love the Ocean and Biarritz to establish a new art space—one that draws from the region’s rich heritage while reinforcing its historical strengths: transformation and the renewal of health and well-being through the Ocean.
